Returns up to 14 days

You have received the art piece at your home and you wish to return it to us.

This is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the piece. Some works of art do not benefit from this advantage, it will be advisable to read the Record to know your right if retraction.

Extract from the General Sales Conditions

In accordance with articles L221-18 and L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer and certain professionals may have a period of fourteen clear days (14 days) to change their mind. This is the right of retraction. If a customer exercices this right, the seller must reimburse him/her; however, some contracts are not concerned. No justification is required.

The 14-day period begins to run from:

* the receipt of the goods for contracts that include a delivery,

* however, when the order includes several parts that will be delivered separately or in a staggered manner, the period starts from the receipt of the last good, batch or part received.

When the retraction period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the retraction period is extended until the end of the next business day.

It is important to read the Artwork Record again to make sure that you have the right of retraction for the piece you have purchased. Some artworks offered for sale on K-Y cannot benefit from the right of retraction due to  their nature; moreover, the right of retraction is only applicable within the framework of a purchase made from a Professional Seller. The status of the Seller (Professional or Individual) is mentioned on the Artword Record.

In the event of exercising the right of retraction, the cancellation of the order and the request for reimbursement must be sent online, directly to the Seller by filling in the Retraction form. The buyer and the Seller manage this particular point directly.

The Consumer shall return the artwork to the Seller in the original packaging, without undue delay and no later than 14 days following his/her decision to retract. The Seller shall inform K-Y of the correct return of the artwork.

Items that have been altered or damaged by the Consummer will not be returned, nor will jewelry items that have been worn; an appraisal will be made when the item is returned to the Seller.

The expenses of return and of insurances relating to it are the responsability of the Consumer, in the same form of forwarding as at the time of the delivery at the consumer.

A retraction form is attached in the Appendix.

The full amount of the sale will be refunded by K-Y, within 14 days after the retraction date, to the Consumer's e-wallet, and the Consumer may use the amount with other Sellers in the Marketplace or request payment to his/her personal account. This period can be extended unthil the Seller receives the artwork;
