BRONZE SCULPTURE OF A WAVE IN HOMAGE TO HOKUSAI

We're delighted to present a sculpture inspired by the famous wave prints by the Great Japanese Master, Katsushika Hokusai. This work created in verdigris is a tribute to his iconic "The Great Wave of Kanagawa".

The artist behind this sculpture sought to capture the power and majesty of the ocean in an unusual yet evocative material: verdigris. This material, which forms naturally on copper exposed to the sea air, adds an organic dimension to this representation of the wave.
