Floralune
Graduated in Art History at the Sorbonne, Floralune began her career at the Louvre Museum for four years.
Her artistic life knows several periods. From the red period, her "shoal of fish swimming in a blood-red sea" or "this woman with luxuriant curly hair dragging a gigantic ball and chain at her feet" are born. From her colorful period, yellow dominates in the background of the drawing or as a major subject.
Jean de La Fontaine ended every poem with a moral. Floralune, during these two periods, stamped her drawings with a leitmotiv, an affirmation or a questioning in golden letters.
At Kerluxy Gallery, the artist presents her brand new collection of female portraits. Strong-tempered, liberated women, they proudly display their grace and their ostentatious jewelry.
